The website is part of the evidence
Payment providers assess more than transaction data. Product claims, delivery expectations, refund terms, contact routes and checkout consistency help them understand what customers are buying and how disputes may arise.
Contradictory information creates avoidable uncertainty. A focused review should compare public claims, provider applications and the actual fulfilment model so the same business is presented throughout.
Fix the customer journey, not just the wording
A policy link cannot compensate for a confusing checkout or missing support route. Technical and content improvements should be tested from product page to post-purchase communication, with evidence retained for future reviews.
